One trick seems to be to have a name that sounded masculine (yet fancy) a few generations ago. I learned that gay dude’s have a completely different protocol for naming their dogs than straight people do. But last week I learned something outside a dog park in West Hollywood.
Other times we get cute and name them Mr. Straight people have fairly straightforward names for their dogs.
